NextLayer Lab is a custom fabrication studio in Red Deer County, Alberta. We use 3D printing and laser engraving to help people turn ideas into tangible products — from personalized gifts and closing gifts, to replacement-style parts, jigs, fixtures, prototypes, and small-batch custom runs.
We work with individuals, families, workshop operators, realtors, small businesses, and local teams across Red Deer County, Red Deer, and Central Alberta. Every project starts with a conversation. We review feasibility, discuss materials and options, and confirm a quote before any work begins.
We are a small studio, not a factory. We take on projects that suit our equipment, skills, and realistic timelines. We care about doing the work well and being straightforward with our customers about what is — and isn't — possible.
